The Special Commission for the Accreditation of Election Observers is a special commission established at the National Human Rights Council, by virtue of Law #30-11 on the terms and conditions of independent and impartial election observation. It is mandated to receive, examine and decide upon accreditation applications. The Commission delivers accreditation cards and badges to eligible organizations for their observers.
